Use the [▲] and [▼] buttons, select your preferred Wi-Fi network and then press the [<strong>OK</strong>] button.</span></li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Enter your password using the [▲] and [▼] buttons to select the correct characters.<br><em>*Please note: you can select the [<strong>Menu</strong>] button to change the keyboard to input symbols, numbers, uppercase, and lowercase characters.</em></span></li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">The screen should then display 'Connected!' to confirm this was successful. Press the [↩] button to make your way back to the main screen and confirm the Wi-Fi symbol shows solid in the top right corner of the screen.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1hr07m35b1v5\"><span dir=\"ltr\">Connecting Brother QL810W to WiFi</span></h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Download the Brother software to your Windows or Mac machine and follow the step-by-step guide to setup the wireless connection on your printer. Downloads can be found here <a href=\"https://support.brother.com/\">https://support.brother.com/</a></li>\n<li>Before running the setup wizard, please ensure your printer is connected to power, the USB cable is connected from the printer to your Windows/Mac device that will be running the wizard, and the printer is turned ON.</li>\n<li>Once connected the QL-810W printer should show a solid blue LED light above the Wi-Fi symbol, indicating the connection has successfully been established.&nbsp;</li>\n</ol>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1hr07m35b1v6\"><span dir=\"ltr\">Setup the Kiosk app (Android tablet/iPad) for WiFi printing</span></h3>\n<ol>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Ensure the Android tablet/iPad is connected to the same&nbsp;Wifi network as the printer.</span></li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Open the Eva Kiosk App</span></li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Go to the settings and tap the&nbsp;<strong>Label printer selection</strong></span></li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Select your label printer device name ex. This will install and run the QuickPrint client.</li>\n<li>To ensure QuickPrint client runs when your device starts up, right-click on the QuickPrint icon in the system tray and right-click to 'Add To Startup Folder'</li>\n<li>Ensure your device’s default printer is set to your label printer and the printer is set to landscape orientation under printing properties</li>\n<li>When a user checks in, their label should print automatically<br><em>Note</em><br><em>- To disable label printing for specific visitor types,&nbsp;<a title=\"Title\" href=\"https://my.evacheckin.com/visitors/visitor_types\">configure your visitor types</a></em><br><em>- Internet access required to keep QuickPrint client up to date</em></li>\n</ol>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n</div>\n</div>\n</div>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1hqjci59026n\">Configuring labels</h2>\n<p>You need to configure the label style to print and, optionally, whether to print labels for all visitors or just some types.</p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the admin portal go to your site options and select the&nbsp;<a href=\"https://my.evacheckin.com/site_information/options?tab=5\">Labels tab</a></li>\n<li>Choose your label style. Aim to match the style to paper size you have. There is flexibility - for example 54mm paper will work for the 55mm and 62mm sizes.</li>\n<li>Optionally add a logo. Note this must be JPEG, and black and white images will work best</li>\n<li>Add a caption as needed - this can be used for giving guests the WiFi details for example</li>\n</ol>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1hqjci59026o\">Excluding some visitor types from printing</h2>\n<p>If you are using EVA for staff and contractors and you don't want to print labels for these visitors then:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Edit these visitor types here <a href=\"https://my.evacheckin.com/visitors/visitor_types\">Visitor types (evacheckin.com)</a></li>\n<li>Scroll to the bottom of the page and check \"disable label printing\"</li>\n</ol>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1hqjci59026p\">Manually re-print or pre-print&nbsp;labels</h2>\n<p>You can manually print labels from the admin portal:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>For people currently checked-in:\n<ol>\n<li>Go to the 'Who is Here' report</li>\n<li>Select the visitor(s) and choose your printer from bottom of the page and click Print labels</li>\n</ol>\n</li>\n<li>For preregistered visitors\n<ol>\n<li>Once you have preregistered someone you can print a label in advance of their visit.
