{"versionId":"ef6140d8-013f-40b3-094f-08dad197df6f","articleId":"97df126e-0f3a-4892-97c8-08dad11575da","title":"Webhooks","tags":["integration","webhooks","All articles"],"content":"<p>Use webhooks to connect EVA Check-in to other systems.</p>\n<p>By registering a webhook you can get notified of check-ins in near real time and send this to another system as needed.</p>\n<p>EVA Check-In can call webhooks on pre-registration, check in, check out and on-site form submission. You can create these webhooks directly in the&nbsp;<a title=\"Create web hooks\" href=\"https://my.evacheckin.com/account/integrations/webhooks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EVA Check-in portal</a>.</p>\n<h2>EVA Check-in webhook information</h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Webhooks are sent as POST requests over HTTPS only.</li>\n<li>Only the first active webhook in the list will be sent for each webhook event.</li>\n<li>Your webhook endpoint will be tried for a maximum of 10 attempts with increasing delay before being dropped.</li>\n<li>The webhook endpoint has 5 seconds to process the request and send a 200 response or it will be considered a failure.</li>\n<li>Please ensure you handle duplicate events as we may send the webhook multiple times.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Example payloads</h2>\n<p>Example payloads are available in the <a href=\"https://my.evacheckin.com/account/integrations/webhooks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EVA Check-in portal</a> for:</p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre registration</li>\n<li>Check in</li>\n<li>Check out</li>\n<li>On site form submission</li>\n</ul>\n</div>","description":"","isMarkdown":false,"publishedOnUtc":"2022-12-01T01:25:12.1435844","modifiedOnUtc":"2022-12-01T00:54:39.7966583"}
