The 'meeting with' feature is part of EVA Kiosk. When visitors check in on a kiosk, they can have the option to select the staff member they are meeting.

Staff lists can be manually uploaded or synchronised with your active directory.

Meeting with is also available to reception staff using manual check-in, and can be emailed for poster (QR code) check-ins.
