Certificates can be set up in EVA Check-in to 'remember' something about a visitor for a specified period of time before asking again, such as:

• their vaccine status
• whether they have completed an induction process

Certificate creation and expiry is fully automated using check-in processes.

It's also possibly to create a manual certificate if a process is completed offline.
