Go to Site information > Options and the Notification settings tab to set up SMS / text message notification to the host when a visitor checks in or pre-registers.

There is an additional charge for SMS notification - see billing to purchase.

Some tips:

• Make sure you set the correct country code
• Try sending a test message to your own phone number
• Scroll down to 'Notification content' to set up the message employees will receive. Ensure this is set to SMS if you only want to use text.
