You have a few different options for adding employees or a staff list, so visitors can select their host:

1. Add employees manually
2. Bulk upload employees via a CSV or XML file
3. Use AD Sync (this is an add-on feature, extra charges apply)

Note, if you have AD Sync enabled, you won't be able to add employees manually.
