To see on-site form submissions in the EVA Check in portal:

1. Go to Reports > Process & form logs and select the form you want to see submissions for.
2. Click Run report
3. Click the 👁 to view data

You can also:

1. Subscribe to form submissions by email when you set up the form
2. See who has completed a form on the Who is here report
