Issue with label printing

If you have an issue with visitor labels printing in incorrect format on iPad, make sure you are running the latest version of EVA Kiosk - download from the App Store. Then:

  • Make sure your iPad and label printer are on the same WiFi network.
  • Go to settings on EVA Kiosk (triple tap on the bottom left of the app)
  • Under "Label Printer" tap to select your printer
  • Enable the 'Label printer Brother direct mode'

Local network and Bluetooth permissions are required for this to work (if not prompted,ย please enable these under Apple Settings -> EVA Kiosk App).
