Are there different user roles?
We have 4 different user roles possible on your EVA Check-in account:
- Customer administrator - full admin rights within the account
- Login administrator -can create/edit users and change passwords
- Receptionist - can manage check-in/out on behalf of visitors, and view who is here and visitor count reports
- Operations - can access audit/activity logs
