There are 5 different user roles:

• Customer administrator - full admin rights within the account
• Login administrator -can create/edit users and change passwords
• Receptionist - can manage check-in/out on behalf of visitors, and view who is here and visitor count reports
• Operations - can access audit/activity logs
• Pre-register - can pre-register visitors
