Configuring labels

You need to configure the label style to print and, optionally, whether to print labels for all visitors or just some types.

  1. In the admin portal go to your site options and select the Labels tab
  2. Choose your label style. Aim to match the style to paper size you have. There is flexibility - for example 54mm paper will work for the 55mm and 62mm sizes.
  3. Optionally add a logo. Note this must be JPEG, and black and white images will work best
  4. Add a caption as needed - this can be used for giving guests the WiFi details for example

Excluding some visitor types from printing

If you are using EVA for staff and contractors and you don't want to print labels for these visitors then:

  1. Edit these visitor types here Visitor types (evacheckin.com)
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and check "disable label printing"

    1. Go to the 'Who is Here' report
    2. Select the visitor(s) and choose your printer from bottom of the page and click Print labels
  2. For preregistered visitors
    1. Once you have preregistered someone you can print a label in advance of their visit. They can use this to sign in the kiosk using the "Use pass' option or barcode scanner on premium kiosk.
    2. Go to https://my.evacheckin.com/visitors/preregistered_visitors
    3. Select the preregistered visitor(s) and select the kiosk from top drop down and then the "Print labels" button will appear
