Reporting


Reporting helps you manage your visitors - highlighting real-time and historical data.

Real-time reports

View real-time reporting in the EVA portal in the Overview menu:

Visitor count

Total number of visitors currently checked in, by site.

Also shows whether a maximum number of visitors has been set ("Threshold")

  • If the count is under the maximum, the number is shown in green
  • If it's on the maximum, the number is shown in orange
  • If it's over the maximum, the number is shown in red

Who is here 

This report allows you to:

  • See who is currently checked in to a site 
  • Check out all or selected visitors  - using the check box on the left and the Sign out button at the bottom left of the page
  • Print the list using the print button on the bottom right. You can filter by Site and/or Visitor type.
  • Print labels for selected visitors. Learn more about label printing.

 

Historical reports

Other reports show activity that has happened, and appear under Reports in the menu.

Activity log

Shows when visitors checked in and out. Can be used to establish who was checked in on a certain day or at a certain time.

Can be exported as a csv file.

Process and forms logs

View responses to custom check-in questions or on-site forms, tabulated. 

Click the check-in status icon to see the answers.

 

Audit log

A history of the events on a check-in site. Use filters to find the information you're looking for.

Evacuations

A history of your evacuations and drills, which you can analyse and share 

  • Summary includes site and zone, start and end times, whether it was a drill or not and totals for people accounted (and unaccounted) 
  • Can be exported to Excel (csv) as needed

Data access log

Records users’ access to the EVA system – activity such as revealing masked data and exporting CSV files is audited.

  

Viewing and filtering reports

👁️ In reports, some data is obscured by **** for privacy reasons. If you need to see the details behind the **** mask then click the ‘eye’ icon on that row to see it. The action of revealing the information is logged for auditing purposes.

⚙️ Click the cog on the right of the report to select which columns to show/hide in your report.
