1.94.0 - 17 March 2026

• EVA Pass enhancement - EVA now remembers details already provided. Pre-arrival and check-in steps can be skipped if they are covered by a valid certificate.
• 'Are you still here?' push notifications support easy checkout
• Filters saved - e.g. on logs and reports - during a session
• Visitor types - improvements to the create and edit screens. Plus, all field labels are now editable for greater check-in flexibility.
• Access certificate answers from any place where that certificate is referenced in the portal
• Versioning for processes and forms - allows you to see and roll back changes to previous versions

• Automatically send an alert with a check out link to visitors who are still on the site after a specified period or at a specific time.

Several updates to certificates

• Process certificates can be applied to a single site or to all sites - useful if you have a company-wide induction, for example
• Export a list of certified people as a CSV file
• Edit the expiry date on an issued certificate

Single-step file upload

• Files can be uploaded in the portal wherever they are used - no need to add them to the file library first.

Supplier management enhancements, including:

• automatic creation of supplier contacts as part of the supplier process
• when a person requests a new supplier via the Hub, they can be automatically assigned a role in the supplier process - so they can be notified during the process

Major release

Behind the scenes changes that mean a person (e.g. for check in) exists once per account, rather than being unique to a site. This is foundation work for future improvements like:

• Company-wide certificates and training records
• Activity reporting by person, across all sites
• Speeding up return visits for people using kiosk check-in

One noticeable change for now: when a person moves between sites, they will be checked out of the first site and checked into the new one. It's no longer possible to be simultaneously checked into multiple sites.
